Be U is an independent, unregistered provider — allowing us to keep our focus where it belongs: on people, not paperwork. We believe quality care is about more than paperwork. It’s measured by the quality of the relationship, consistency of support, respect for individual choice, and the difference we make in a person’s everyday life.
Be U provides high-quality, person-centred supports to Aged Care and NDIS clients, with an intentionally independent approach to service delivery. We have deliberately maintained an independent, unregistered model, allowing us to keep our administrative structure proportionate and direct more of our time and resources towards our clients, staff and the quality of care.
We still take our responsibilities seriously. We operate professionally, maintain appropriate policies and procedures, carefully select our support workers and expect a high standard of conduct and care. Being unregistered doesn’t mean being less committed to quality – it means choosing a different model that allows us to direct more of our resources towards the people we support and the high standard of care we provide.
This allows the focus and priority to remain where they belong — with our participants and clients who always come first.
At Be U, we provide person-centred care, recognising that the right support relationship is an important part of achieving positive outcomes. Wherever possible, we aim to match clients with their preferred support worker, taking into consideration their individual preferences, personality, interests, communication style and support needs. Where a preferred staff member is not the right fit or is unavailable for a particular support requirement, we will allocate an appropriately qualified and experienced worker who can safely and effectively meet the client’s needs.
Our staff bring a diverse range of qualifications, experience and areas of expertise, enabling us to provide flexible and individualised support across a range of needs and circumstances.
The profiles below provide an overview of our support workers, including their qualifications, experience, areas of expertise and approach to providing support. To respect the privacy and security of our support workers, photographs displayed on our public website are intentionally blurred.
Clients and prospective clients may request a full staff profile, including the support worker’s professional photograph, as part of the client matching and service agreement process.
